Machining of Fabrications
As with most of our fabrication enquires, normally some sort of final machining is required to complete the scope of supply. Continuous investment within our machine shop including up to date tooling means we are able to offer complete supply cutting down on costs, becoming a one-stop shop to our customers’ needs.

On occasions where the machining requirement falls outside our in-house capacity we work with trusted and proven sub-contract machinists who conform to our ISO 9001:2013 quality procedures. Over years of trading between some of the largest machine shops in the country we are confident we can fulfill every aspect of your enquiry.
We also offer our machining facilities on a sub-contract basis to a wide range of industries from other fabrications companies through to foundries with heavy cast components.

All machining is stage inspected using only calibrated equipment usually with the supply of a detailed inspection report. Upon requested items can be inspected via coordinate inspection machine or by laser tracking equipment. Inspection reports are concise and readily available.
